Sometimes people ask me why I don't advertise in the newspaper or home seller magazines.  The thing is, I have nothing against print media except for the tiny little annoying fact of how it doesn't work.

These days people do everything online--from shopping to dating--looking for a home is no different.  I have personally seen a near-zero percent return on my print media advertising dollars, and multiple studies back up my experience.
